? Use correct form when doing work ? When you have to bend to do outdoor work, be sure and bend (and lift) by utilizing your leg muscles more so than your back muscles. You will also want to ?lunge with one foot in front of the other,? and ?half squat with feet side by side? when fall yard work calls for it.
